Pray for them, fear Allah and do what Allah has ordered us and avoid what he has ordered us not to do , and Allah will give victory to the ummah if we return back to our deen.

I wanted to know that one is living in a Muslim country which runs the banking system which is usury and interest based and sells alcohol and has prostitution however there is peace there are masajids every one can follow the sunnah. In this case do the civilians oppose the rulers for not following the shari’ah completely. Will they be questioned about not opposing them?

As long as the ruler is a Muslim, he is sinful and Muslims should obey him only in halal but must not revolt against him.

When giving gifts to the children, is it supposed to be equal between the boys and girls and spending on them. Or is the girl supposed to get less as she only gets half of a man in everything else?

You must be equal in giving gifts.

If a person has slight discharge of semen or if he observes slight wetness in his private parts after getting intimate with his wife but not having intercourse does a person have to perform ghusul or a wadhu will be sufficient.

Wudu is sufficient. Ghusul is required if there was penetration or ejaculation of semen.

This is permissible because there is nothing in shareeah to indicate the opposite and this is not a form of worship. The Sahaba used to congratulate one another by saying: Taqabbal Allaah uminna wa minkum (May Allaah accept (this worship) from us and from you).

Is it permissible to fast a day after of eid al adha? That is volunteer fasting Or when to resume fasting

It is not permissible to fast on Eid and on the 11th, 12th and 13th of dhul hijja. You can resume fasting on the 14th and 15th (white days)

I don’t give references. The hadeeth is authentic but it means that eating too much of its meat can be harmful and a cause of illness. Never the less, it is permissible and halal.

I heard from a student of knowledge that if you see something haram infront of you can destroy them. So can i through out the cards that my housemates play with for whole night sometimes without asking them. Also my uncle cigarette packets ?? And if i will be asked i will neither say yes nor no will just keep quite and say i don’t know. Is it permissible
