One part of the question missed in my last question, what if a person goes to a rest room and there is no water to do the istenja and instead he cleans himself by toilet paper. now he is in an public area to make wudhu. now for protecting his awrah can he skip the Istenja?

There is no need to use Water after wiping it with toilet papers.

2 years ago or so I had change given back which was around 1 to 2 pounds more than I should have been given. sheikh, my final exam is near. I hate to study western literature (sub:English) as it mostly talks about immoral thigns, i.e Adultry, Atheism, Disbelief, etc. so I studied less than needed. Is it okay for me to get bits and pieces of help from the side-boy in the exam hall? As almost every student does it. What if somebody asks me for help? Do I avoid or lie? Is this a sin? Advice!
