I see that when i spray anti-bug sprays on cockroaches, they struggle to die and I can see them suffering before death. Is this permissible to kill them this way? They have started living in my apartment without paying rent and are making babies and crawling all over place.

ANSWER: These are two separate things.  If you missed your isha, this is mandatory to perform and make up providing the reason it was skipped was legitimate such as over sleeping. Witr is a voluntary prayer and not mandatory.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to perform hajj or umrah on behalf of anyone else before you had done it yourself at least once in your lifetime.  You can delegate someone trustworthy who has already done hajj before and give that money to them to do hajj on your father’s behalf.
