ANSWER:

Surely they don’t expect you not to take a lunch or bathroom break in that entire time. Prayers have their allocated times, therefore, you must pray on time.

My question is regarding prayers timing. I am working in oil field my duty timing is (12am to 12pm Or 12pm to 12 am) I should not leave my job unless someone relieve me so that my prayers timing were differs or maybe have to pray together of two prayers e.g(zuhr& asr). What should I do or how should I pray in this?
