The service of renting accommodation is halal in Islam whether to Muslims or non Muslims. It is like selling them fruits.
However, if I am certain that this fruit I am selling them will be used in making wine, it is forbidden for me to sell it to them.
Doubts or suspicions are not counted here. One must be certain.
Therefore, if you see them coming with a prostitute or carrying wine with them, don’t give them the room and tell them that we are full.
But if they dot show you these things yet they still do it in their rooms, this is not your duty any more, and Allah knows best.
