ANSWER:

If this happens frequently, it is waswas. You have to ignore the feeling and continue the Salah.

 

Sometime in my salah after reading a surah, i doubt i read the fatiha before or not. So in this case i read fatiha again after reciting a surah. Is it ok? Or what should i do?
