ANSWER:

It’s not permissible for the followers to recite the fateha in between the recitation of the imam! This is totally prohibited!

They can recite the fateha after the imam finishes reciting the fateha.

When to recite the fateha behind the imam, along with him or when he pauses in between the ayahs?
