If they attack the area you are living in, it becomes Fard Ein. Otherwise it is Fard Kifayah.

Now in today’s time…is Jihad, Fardh-al-Kifaya or Fardh-al-Ain? or is it enough to support the mujahideen?Is there a hadith that. a time will come and it will be obligatory i.e Fardh-al-Ain?
