ANSWER:

You must not spend anything. You must not give any money to your husband. It is his responsibility to take care of you and to provide for you and your children. You can take him to court if he has money and refuses to give. 

 

Married for 14 yrs.Husb gave nafkah only for 1st year of marriage&stop till today.Reminded him its a must to give wife nafkah but he didn’t care.He went for counselling with an ustadz but still refuses to give nafkah.I’ve been working 14 years&all my money is used to help him with kids&financial.Once in 3 months I’ll take abit from my salary to buy my necessaties.What should I do?
