ANSWER:

You are not allowed to disclose your past sins to anyone!

If anyone asks, act offended by such a question. Allah has forgiven and concealed all of your previous sins. Who is he to ask you about them now? 

I had a haram relationship before my reversion to Islam. I had cut off all the relation with the guy nd repented sincerely. In future if my husband ask me whether I had any relation in past, should I tell the truth or hide it?
