ANSWER:

You don’t need to make a detailed list of your belongings in your will! You simply mention your debts and your loans to others and how you want the wealth to be distributed as you can allocate 1/3rd to whoever you want providing he is not one of the heirs. 

Do I have to include books (which are inexpensive) which I owe and others owe me in my will? Because Rasulullah said to make a will within 3 nights or something like that Will should have debt and credits
