Scholars say that travelling non Muslim countries must be for a legitimate reason. Going there for honeymoon is not one of them.

  It is a custom of the non Muslims and a Muslim’s life with his wife is constant honeymoon. Travelling to non Muslim countries for this reason is no permissible. Travelling to Muslim countries is permissible as long as there isn’t anything haram, and Allah knows best.
