You can ask Allah whatever you want – there isn’t anything in specific. Praise Allah and then offer salutation to the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and then ask Allah for whatever you want.

The best time to make dua is after thashahud before saying salam to end the salah. But I am not so good in Arabic. My question is, can I say my dua in English or any other language?

I recently lost my job and having difficulty finding one in my field of study. I am a UofT grad with BBA. Currently, I am working in a factory to help pay rent. I am looking for a better opportunity but it’s taking longer than usual. Is there anything I could do right now to get a better and respected job?

We can make dua in any language to Allah but I wanted to ask Allah to grant me wisdom and understanding of the religion and I want to say this in Arabic. Can you tell me example of one such dua I can make in Arabic?

Is it ok to advice a person to read duas from qurah like dua from surah imran verse 38 and other duas like wise? or should there be an established proof?
