plz could you send evidences eg is there any Hadith which Rasulullah sall Allaahu alahi wasalam used surah al fatiha etc. recited in the hands, blew in it and wiped the pain etc.

I know an Islamic scholar who died recently and during his life he propagated things which would clearly account to Shirk and Biddah (like in one video, he claimed Sheikh Abdul Qader Jeelani could give life back to the dead). Ya Sheikh one of the Adkhar is the recitation of Subhana lahi wa bihamdihi 100 times, my question is if sometimes one doesn’t have much time & one reduces this number to less 100, and in another case if one increase it more than 100, is this a sin or an innovation? And can all the adhkars be recited while doing some activity like cooking, walking or driving?
