This is baseless.

My question is that is this dua according to Sunnah “Dua to read upon seeing someone in trial or tribulation الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاكَ بِهِ وَفَضَّلَنِي عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تَفْضِيلًا alhamdulillahilladzi ‘afani mimmabtalaka bihi wafaddolanii ‘ala katsirin mimman kholaqtafdila

Can we make dua when the sun comes up, when its stright ovehead and when its sinking down? Cause i heard one sheikh says that iblees (a jin) used worship allah exactly at those times.

Making Duaa any time of the day or night is permissible and there is no restriction to it.

After conclusion of Eid Ul Fitr Salat (after tasleem) in open field the imam gives khutbah and after its conclusion the imam makes dua in congregation by raising hands. Is making dua after khutbah according to the sunnah or an innovation?
