Yestarday I was praying asur,and to the second rakah I offer one salam due to lack of concentration ,immediately I realize my mistake and I stood up and I continue my prayer.Is this wrong?

Your prayer is correct but you should have offered two prostration of Saho (forgetfulness) after the salam and then offer and other salam after it. And Allah knows best

If your have pictures or objects with eyes can you pray in the house.

I have a sister that doesn’t pray.We always ask her to pray but she says that there is no point of praying because i don’t do anything bad and i’m always clean. There is no reason for me of praying.She also doesn’t fast and we always try to help her but she doesn’t do it. we told her the five pillars of islam and we give her the quran to read but she says i don’t know how to read and i don’t know the reason why i’m reading it. can you give us some advice to help her understand and make her a proper muslim.

During a month long vacation is it preferable to pray normal prayers or shortened prayers.

If you are a man and you are close to the masjid, you must pray in it if you hear the athan. But if you are a female or you are a male but don’t live near a masjid, you may shorten the prayers until you feel that you are settled in that city.

I am always in a dilemma when I go for vacation. The timings of prayers especially ZUHR and ASR is delayed by at least one hour. I had a software loaded in my mobile and it calculates the timings as per Saudi system.During these paryers there is always a difference on at least one hour i.e ZUHRis at 2 pm and ASR is at 5pm. Now in situations like this is it necessary to pray alone at home at their early stated timings or pray with Jamaat at late timings. Only a few Masjids follow the prayers at their early stated timings.

Islamically, you are not allowed to abandon prayers with the congregation on the account that your clock’s calculation says differently. You have to try and find the time of prayers through observing the sun. if this is not possible, you have to pray with the Muslims. And Allah knows best

Can we make maghreb and isha together if in my country isha is very late like 12 at night and fajr is at 3am in the morning?some people works so is very hard for them to respect the hours of preying.?

If this is the case and the difference between Isha and Fajr is only 2 or 3 hours, it is permissible to join Isha to Maghrib providing that this is done only when a person has work. In case of weekends, one should pray Isha on time And Allah knows best

I would like to know if when one is following the imam in a congregational prayer one has to recite fatiha? and if yes what if you dont finish the fatiha and the imam goes for ruku.

Can a person delay isha prayer with no excuse?

For a woman, it is best to delay it. As for men, if they are a group and there is no masjid close by, it is also best to delay it. But if there is a masjid, this is not permissible as they are obliged to pray in it. And Allah knows best
