What to do when one forgets to read surah after fatiha in witr prayer ?

If you are referring to 3 rak’ah witr, it is not permissible to sit in the 1st tashahud as in Maghrib.

A friend of mine didn’t know what she had to recite during the Jalsa, as it is a mandatory act of the Salah, is there an expiation for this act or is it fine because she didn’t know what to recite?

There is no expiation. If she didn’t recite the tahiyat, her prayer is invalid unless she is a new revert and doesn’t know it.

Sheikh, if a person sleeps very deeply and he forget to wake up for fajr. When he wakes up he remembers that he didn’t pray fajr. Can he pray fajr even sun is almost raised or he has to pray luha?

He must pray Fajar as soon as he wakes up.

If the day starts with maghrib,is that the first salat of the day,so is it maghrib,isha,fajr,dhur,asr or is it fajr first?

Is it ok to recite Sura Fatiha behind the Imam without moving the lips, but just in heart?
