Sometimes when I pray I intentionally think about other things, does this make the salah invalid?

Depends on what extend. However you will not be rewarded for that prayer except the part you were concentrating in.

Yes, this is recommended.

The Prophet (PBUH) never used to miss the two prayers while on journey ie the two rakats before fajr and the night prayer, so if one is on journey he can leave the two rakats after isha and pray the night prayer directly and what if he is not on journey can one leave them and pray the night prayer directly?

The sunnah is not to pray the sunnah before and after thuhur, after Maghreb and after Isha when traveling and to pray everything else.

i wish to know whether i can contribute from my zakat towards digging of bore hole with hand pump for poor villagers in nigeria where i work as expat or should i contribute as sadka e jariya.

This is part of the sunnah but is doesn’t suffice for the two Rakah after Maghrib as this is different from it.

I learned from you that we can make dua just before taslim in the end of salat in our own language, if we dont know arabic. My grandmother told me that during Fard salat we are not allowed to add any other duas or words except what prescribed in salat. Like after ”Subhana robbiul ‘ala” we not allowed to add anything. She read from some local islamic book.

in 4 rakah fard prayer I mistakenly started to read dorud after attahiatu in the middle tashahud,when remembered shall I stand up or finish it then pray another 2 unit or do sijda sahu?

Finish it and then continue your prayer as usual and no need for prostration of forgetfulness.

In salah, Is it OK to say “Allahumma iyyaka nahbudu wa iyya ka nasthayeen wa laka nusalli wa nasjud ” in sujood?
