My daughter is 6 yrs old and have learnt to pray and can pray on her own. She has memorized half of the juz and I have memorized 2 juz. We pray at home in jamaa but she sometimes insists on leading the prayer. Can I let her lead me in prayer so that she feel happy and get confidence?

This is permissible but not recommended as the rule is that the one memorizing more, leads the prayer. She is too young to pray and too young to demand such a thing. You should encourage her to learn more Quran and make that her incentive.

My question is on one’s concentration in salah. If one has bad khushua and while praying his mind is somewhere else, is his salah still valid?

I would like to ask, if someone prays Maghrib or any fard salah then realises later that they prayed one rakah less. Do they have to pray again?

If one misses a pillar of his prayer such as one Rakah and doesn’t offer it shortly afterwards and does sajde sahoo, his prayer is invalid and he must pray it again.

I witnessed an event where the imam leads the prayer and recite surah teen and by the end of the last verse of surah teen the followers say in chorus BALLAA. Wat does it mean and is it part of Islam to say it whenever the last verse of surah teen completed?

This is not part of the authentic hadeeth! The last verse of the Surah pauses a question which is a statement actually. The question is: Isn’t Allah the best of judges? The weak narration says that worshippers answer this by saying: Yes, and I testify to that!

If I am doing duhar prayer in home on Friday, I have to wait for finishing jumua prayer in mosque.? ( I Am a woman)

No, you dont need to. You can pray as soon as th athan of thuhur is due.

I have read in one of the books that our prophet (saw)end his prayer by saying takbeer(AllahuAkbar) and Then saying astaghfirullah three times..but I couldn’t see that in ur fatwas..is that authentic??

This is not authentic. The Prophet Muhammad SAW used to end his prayer with saying Astaghfirullah only.

How can one pray salah holding a 4 month old baby- can I hold him with both hands while standing or does one hand has to be on chest? -do I put him on the floor first, do the opening takbeer then pick him up as both hands needs to be raised up -when reading tashahhud can I still carry him with both hands?

It is permissible to carry a child during prayer. Try to minimize your movement! Raising the hands is a sunnah but it is not mandatory.

While praying in jam’aa once, while rising from ruku, i accidentally started to say ‘sami Allahu liman hamidah’. I said ‘sam’, then I remembered, stopped saying that and said rabbana wa lakal hamd. Do things like this affect the prayer?

what does a person do if he/she had a wet dream and couldn’t have a bath because of absence of water and later when he got water he forgot to take the bath and mean while leads in a prayer? Is the prayer valid?

When a person is in the state of major ritual impurity, he is obliged to perform ghusul! If there is no water, he must perform tayammum! Once he finds water,he must perform Ghusul! Therefore, if this person forgot and didn’t perform ghusul when he found water, his prayers are invalid and he must perform them again!

I joined imam in 2nd rakah in magrib salah. Imam offered sajda sahu & I also offered & I completed my salah by praying one rakah after lmam said the last tasleem. Later on people told me that imam had not recited fatihah in 1st rakah but only surah. Is my and other people’s prayer valid or we have to repeat it?

Your prayer is valid as you didn’t know. Those who prayed from the beginning with him, their prayer is invalid if they knew that.
