If we miss one or more rakaah of salah in a Jamaat prayer then we have to pray it ourselves. when a rakaah is considered to be missed? if someone miss the rukoo or miss a sujood?

If he catches the imam in the ruku position his Rakah is valid. But if he missed that, has missed the Rakah.

I want know if it’s necessary to do azaan in late night tahajjud prayers?

Athan is for the five daily prayers and there is a sixth athan which is before Fajr athan by half to an hour which is a reminder for people to wake up for sahoor and to pray tahajjud.

i want to know can we pay Zakat to someone who very poor without inform him like this is zakat. i want to pay zakat one of my relative but if i informed him this is zakat money then they will not ready for this.

I paid zakah last year in ramadan i dont remember date. Should I wait until I go homecountry(at end of ramadan) to give it to someone poor or give it to my relative now who can give it to masjid in homecountry or give it here where i live in masjid? I dont know where to find poor muslim here. Also in my homecountry majority are muslim but many of them dont pray.

You can wait and give it to the Muslims In your country but try to select the real Muslims.

i am 20 years old who just graduated , and am unemployed. But i have pocket money which has not been for a year , do i have to pay zakath on pocket money ?

sheikh can i pray any nawafil after fajr prayer if there is still time before the start of prohibited time (when sunrise starts)or is it simply forbidden to pray anything after 2 fardh rakaat of fajr?

I live in Sweden and my sister is also live in Sweden, she borrow a loan from bank equal to SEK 1.5 Million and also borrow a house loan SEK 1.7 Million, she has to pay back in monthly installments. She has 300 gram gold and SEK 0.2 Million for her daughter, Is she eligible for Zakat next year ??? She is paying zakat regularly till 2016 but now has a big amount of loans,

If these loans are interest based, this is a major sin. As long as she has the gold and cash at hand, she must give zakat.

If a person has taken credit & not paying as per promise can that money be considered as Zakat money to him & he is relived of his debt?

It is not permissible for the person to drop off a debt on a poor man in exchange for not giving his zakat.

i heard hadeets one has to recite surah fatiha in all rakah or else prayer is invalid also heard if someone came late to masjid and got rukoo with imam in the salah his rakah will be valid , so do i have to repeat the rakah or it will be enough.

The imam recitation would suffice only in the loud Rakah.
