After fajr salah and say after half an hour after that can a person sleep and later the women get up after 2 hours to do the general chores of house work and men to get ready to go for duty of job.Is it forbidden to sleep after fajr salah or can one sleep?

When I join the congregation late then in the last Tashahud with the congregation should I only read Attahiyat or Durood-e-Ibrahim should also be read? A sister always assumed that one is encouraged to do Istikhara ONLY if one has some sort of confusion in decision making! Hence, if one is Confident of ones decision one does not make istikhara! is she correct?
