we have some cash in our account for which we did not pay zakah it just went out of our mind Alhamdulillah rest zakah we use to pay correctly.but my question is should we have to pay from now or from past years.

If the money you had in the past, was “zakatable”, you must pay for the past years too.

sheikh in tashahhud at what point do we start looking at the finger is it from the beginning of tashahhud?

It is Sunnah, when pointing, to look at your finger from the time you sit till the end.

sheikh if a hair or some hair falls bwtween the place we go to sujood and forehead.will the prayer be ok.

If you are a woman and it’s done by accident, this is okay. You must immediately cover your hair properly. If the hair is not yours, it has no effect on the prayer.

Recently , I read your post about deobandies Sec , we give our Zakhat to one of Madras , darulaloom in Remote area in kashmir, all children thre are orphans . So our Zakakhat amount goes to their food supplies. I got confused now,as you mentioned that they are also source of innovation in Islamic Should I continue to give them Zakhat.

If the money is going to feed orphans, this is permissible. But if it is spent to teach them their cult, this isn’t permissible.

If my mother is refusing to pay zakaat on a gold bangle she has, can I pay it on her behalf?

No, this does not count without her permission and authorization.

I have gold and cash in bank as assets.. I work in foreign country and pay annual rent for house i am living and also pay bank loan instalment monthly for the house i bought in my home country…can i deduct these liabilities from my asests and calculate zakah.

No, you cannot do that. You must pay zakat on whatever money you possess, regardless of any debts or loans you are paying off.

When should we recite the dua of entering masjid, before putting the foot inside the masjid or before entering the masjid and vice versa?

Is it permissible to skip prayer due to illness or sickness? Ex:- because of fever.

If you referring to skipping prayer with the congregation, this is permissible when a person is ill.

I have purchased a house and a land on installment.4 installments are still due.I did not purchased it for buying and selling.I did this for my kids or if i have some need for my kid education or something i will sell this.Do i need to pay zakat on it?
