long ago, i made an oath if i commit a certain sin i will become a kafer. i asked you about it and you told me such an oath is a major sin. so i regretted making the oath and repented from making the oath altogether. now, if i ever commit that sin, do i become a kafer and have to take shahadah again every single time?

About 5-6 years ago I made a promise to Allah to not see a haram thing.But unfortunately I committed that sin many times(I don’t remember how many times).Now as I know my mistake,I have fasted 3 days.Is it ok or I have to keep fasting more? What if I’ve done the sin again after fasting?

You should feed teen poor people! If you don’t have money to do so, you may fast three days. One expiation is sufficient for all that had passed.

If a person makes a vow of doing some night adhkar forever then can he pays kaffara yemeen and finish the vow. The vow wasnt conditioned like, “if this happens then I ll always do night adhkaar always.”

The other day I swore by Allah ‘azza wa jal that I would help my wife with something on that day. I attempted to do it with her but she asked me to wait. Eventually time passed and i got tired. Before I fell asleep, I intended to start it but I fell asleep before I could. My wife also said it’s no problem to just do it the next day. Do I have to offer expiation for this oath?

I heard someone say that if you break a promise to Allah, one option is you have to feed 10 ppl two meals, but he said that you have to do it yourself, it doesn’t count if you pay someone else to do it. Is this true? I have seen big charity company’s offering to do it if you pay.
