I kissed the name of Allah on a picture written in Arabic which i browsed on internet. I did it out of love. Is it bad? I feel guilty on it. I try to cry when i do thawbah but i dont get tears though i try hard therefore atleast keep my face as if im crying. What should i do to soften my heart so that i can cry more to do thawbah? I love Allah yet i want to fear him more and cry more in thawbah

Is it permissible to eat the rice in a function on which surah AL fatiha is read.?

You should not be in such a function. The rice is halal to eat.

Its common in india to recite pan surah, ganzul arsh,manzil kind of books which has different salawat. Is this acceptable? Durood akbar, durood alfi and other durood are permitted to recite?

These are all innovations. Most what the people in India and Pakistan practice is not according to Quran and sunnah as they blindly follow their scholars who make a lot of money of them!
