On 10th maharram many people arrange lots of food and sacrifice animals by the name of allah which is called fatheha..is it permissible?

Please i have a little frustrating experience with bid’ah, not advocating on it but still after some investigations i did, i still can’t say exactly whether or not ALL BID’AHS ARE HARAM. As in Haram, forbidden, if one does it, he’ll get sins recorded to him. Is there any chance of some bid’ahs not being attached to halal or haram? If yes, examples please.

Is it permissible to use the waseela of Hazrat Muhammad (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) while supplication so that our Duas are answered by Allah (subhana wa ta’ala). I have heard that people say in Duas, ” Ya Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) please accept our prayers in the Sadke Tufail of Hazrat Muhammad (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) .
