Is it allowed to bury someone in a grave which has already been used ( had a deadbody in it). Jazak’Allah.

If the body of the first deceased has disintegrated, this is permissible. but if the body is still there, it shouldn’t be used or opened.

We know that it is highly desirable to hasten the burial. I also read that Allah will forgive the sins of the dead if more person pray salat at janaza.so how long can we delay the burial for more person to come?can we delay it for 1 day?

There is no Rak’ah in Janazah prayers. It is composed of 4 Takbeer and is concluded by one salam to the right.

Please draw light on that if a person dies before magrib and was buried after isha, how days for mourning will be calculated?

A person can only be buried in the same qabar with someone else if the body is fully disintegrated. When my husband died the mosque inquired if I want a double depth grave that sometime in the future we can use it to bury a child in it due to poverty…
