Is the supplicating collectively with hands raised allowed in Islam? Is it allowed in any certain circumstances like Eid prayer etc?

This is an innovation but it can be done in praying for rain as it was done by our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and his companions.

I was told that we should force our tears to come out when we make dua and really want something, is this true?

Yes, you should try to cry out of the love and fear of Allah.

Since a child is not accountable until the age of puberty and every child is born a Muslim, is it ok to ask Allahs mercy for a child born to kafir parents so long as they have not yet reached puberty, like a baby who had died at an early age? or small child that had been under oppression?

These children are treated in this world as their parents’ religion. However, they will be admitted to Paradise but we are not supposed to guarantee that to particular children or individuals.

There is a book called Fortress of the Muslim, which contains many duas and supplications. It states in there what to recite after completing the prayer in regards to dhikr and duas after the Salam. I wanted to know, is this to be recited after each fard Salah or sunnah and nafil Salah too.

One should recite suratul Baqarah in the new home and say the authentic duah; a’auothu bikalimatillahi attamati min sharri ma qhalak, 3 times. If he was to invite friends and loved ones to a walimah, this is permissible as well.
