Could you please explain me below mentioned hadith. Hadith of the Day : Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “By the One in Whose Hand my soul is! If you do not commit sins, Allah would replace you with a people who would commit sins and seek forgiveness from Allah; and Allah will certainly forgive them.” (Muslim)

Allah loves those who ask Him for forgiveness but this is not an invitation to sinning as Allah hates sins!

Is there anything to make sure that a person would be surely forgiven by Allah SWT. (supplication,any salah,any deed,anything atall even though if a person is a sinner)

what is the difference between maghfirah and afu

Maghfirah is to protect an individual from the punishment. Al A’afu is to pardon him even from blaming, let alone punishment.

I threw a broken VCD which has a Quran in it, but I have completely forgotten that it had Quran in it. I don’t know what to say, how can I erase my sin?
