Your mother is an evil woman and you must not approve her haram relationship if she is a Muslim and must avoid any contact with her boyfriend or accepting the fact that they are dating!

However, you must be kind and obedient to her in other aspects! Keep on advising her and reminding her of Allah’s wrath and punishment if she is a Muslim! If she is not, then call her to Islam!
