I pray salah but I’m not sure if my wife prays that I know that i am getting married to. If I Pray and she doesn’t is the marriage valid, after marriage I intend to make her pray.

ANSWER: If she doesn’t pray at all, she is not Muslima and the marriage contract is void.

I was about to join the first line(saf) in the prayer and I was the last one to join but a brother said I shouldn’t join the first line and start the second line(saf) with him because he would be alone. Is this correct or should I have joined the first line?

ANSWER: If there is place left in the first row then you should fill that gap first. If there is no possibility of him squeezing himself in, he is right and you should go back with him.

My question is regarding making up for salah that has been missed while travelling. For example, if I missed salah dhuhr when travelling but did not make up for it. When I get back home, should I make up for only 2 rakahs or the full 4 rakahs?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to skip prayers like this without a valid reason, its a major sin and its not permissible to make them up later.

Sheikh the hadith of not moving from your Musalla and the angels keeps asking for your forgiveness ( Sahih al-Bukhari 659) do you just simly need to sit where you prayed at OR constantly make dhikr/recite the Quran at your musalla so the angels keep asking for forgiveness on your behalf?

ANSWER: If you sit without doing anything, the angels will pray for you. If you make thikr, that would make the reward even greater.

During Salah can I say tasbeeh 5 times for first rukoo and then 3 times tasbeeh in the second rakah . As well as during sajdah

ANSWER: No problem. Saying it once is mandatory, after that you can add any number and can vary the number in different rakahs.

Is the dua of a menustrating woman during the time between adhan and iqamah applicable as a time of acceptance of Dua?Or is it only when she is not menustrating?

ANSWER: Being in menses does not have any impact on the validity of her Duaa! It is heard and accepted.

Do we have to say bismillah when after takbeer tehreema and if i start a surah from muddle do i have to say bismillah

ANSWER: Saying bismillah in the beginning of every surah is a highly recommended sunnah but this is not mandatory.

Saying ayujubillah & Bismillah before starting salat : Is it permissible to recite أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم Before starting Salaah? Or is this an innovation?

Does only all the redness in the sky have to disappear for Isha time? In high latitude areas, looking outside the sky’s dark with stars visible but north of the sky isn’t (has lightness & appears light blue). Masjid has Isha time about 1 hour after Maghrib (earlier than Um al Qura) but sky appears as described & ISNA is later than UaQ & MWL is about 2 hours later – any advise on which to follow?
