ANSWER:

You need to check with your scholars in your country.

What I believe is that if there is redness towards the west, isha time begins when it disappears.

But if there is no redness and it is only whiteness and brightness, one should refer to the nearest country that has redness and follows them in regards to their isha time beginning. 

Does only all the redness in the sky have to disappear for Isha time? In high latitude areas, looking outside the sky’s dark with stars visible but north of the sky isn’t (has lightness & appears light blue). Masjid has Isha time about 1 hour after Maghrib (earlier than Um al Qura) but sky appears as described & ISNA is later than UaQ & MWL is about 2 hours later – any advise on which to follow?
