There are hanafi masajid and one Ahlul Masjid near my house. However there is time difference between the two for salahExample, the hanafee masajids pray dhuhr at 1:30 PM and Asr 5 30, the Ahlul hadeeth Masjid pray Dhuhr at 1PM and Asr at 4. Please tell me can I pray at any of these masjids or I shall follow only one masjid?

You shouldn’t pray asr at the Hanafi masjid as this is too late.

Asr time starts when the shadow of an object is equal it’s size. If this is right then the actual time of Asr starts at 4.06 pm and Fajr at 5.20 am but in our locality Asr is delayed to 5.30pm and Fajr to 6.00am. In this case what are the ruling for the men who join the jamath and the women who pray at home?

If you feel that you can hasten with it and finish it before the Imam begins his prayer, you should do so. Otherwise, simply intend to cut it and you are out.

Whether we can combine and shorten Asr prayer with Jumma ( Friday ) prayer while travelling. ( Pray the 2 rakah of Jumma with the Imam followed by 2 Rakah of Asr by ourselves)

It is not permissible to combine Asr to Jumah prayer because it can only be combined with Thuhur.

Due to some reason i was late for dhur prayer and the time was about to end but still i started with fard salah of dhur and after one rakat adhaan of Asar started but still i completed my salah , so does my salah becomes invalid.

Your prayer is valid and it was done barely on time.

I go to Masjid where on the Friday people are given time for 4 rakat sunnah before khutbha and all the people stand up except 1 or 2 including me. At that time I feel like odd man out. What is your advice in this situation? should I also pray or not?

Sheikh, if i make just one sujjud in a raka(due to long duas,i often am not sure wether i make one or two sujjuds,but i think morelikely that i made 2)or remember this(that i made just one sujud)only after the first tashahud then what should i do?Should i make sujud al sahu before the salam ?is it possible to make sujud al sahu before salam if one doubts he made something or not?

I’ve been to many barelwi masjid where they write “ya Muhammad” on one side and “ya Allah ” on other side of the wall where imam stands, or just they write “Muhammad” and “ALLAH”, my question is that is prayer valid on that Masjid?

The prayer is valid in such a masjid but writing the name of Our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam in this way next to the name of Allah is not permissible.

After Fardh Salah we recite ayatul kursi,subhanAllah(33 times) ALhamdulilah(33 times) Allahu Akbar(33 times) and La ilaha illalah wahdahu la shareeka la lahul mulk wa lahul hamd wa huwa ala qulli shayin qadeer.. What is the correct way to say the above?

There isn’t any preference

I am a young new Muslim studying. Where I am living is quiet far from the masjid. I am finding to attend all five prayers and spend time with my wife and study very strenuous. If I intend to make all five it would leave me with about one to two hoursat home barely any time to eat etc. With going fajr and isha prayers it leaves me usually 5 or less hours sleep and taking its toll on me. There is a closer sufi mosque but they pray isha earlier then the time comes in but I don’t always feel comfortable praying there. What would you suggest I sometimes pray maghrib at home but it doesn’t keep emaan as high. Also I don’t have much time to teach my wife.

If the masjid is far and it is more than 3 to 5 km away, you can pray at home. As for the Sufi masjid, if they are doing things that nullifies Islam, you can’t pray with them. otherwise, it is permissible and recommended to pray there in your circumstances.
