If I’m uncertain for example in salah that whether I’m on 3rd rakat or fourth rakat. Islam says to skip 3rd rakat because I should not pay attention to doubts after being certain about something. But Islam also says to pray 3rd rakat so I could go with what I’m certain about. Could you please tell me which way is correct?

If you are in doubt, the doubt is on the fourth rakah because you are certain that you have prayed three but doubting the fourth one. In this case, pray the fourth as it is the doubtful one.

In some malls in we can here the imam leading the prayer in the ladies section. If I have started the fard prayer and then I hear the imam should I have to continue or break and join the congregation?

You are not obliged to pray in congregation as a woman. You can pray on your own and leave.

During salah while in ruku, my awrah uncovered, but it was a very very small amount, and as soon as I realised it was uncovered I covered it, was my salah valid?

If it was slightly uncovered, this doesn’t invalidate the prayer.

Sometimes I perform salah in masjid on weekdays. My question is when I sat for first tashahud I read Attahiyaathu and finished but the Imam was sitting longer and I was silence, I don’t know what to read ? I need your help.

You can make as many Duaa as you want .

It is absolutely haram to close the eyes when praying. At times when standing I tend to close my eyes due to persistent headaches because it helps me to concentrate on what I am reciting. Is this ok?

It is not permissible to close your eyes during salah unless it is something distracting you on a particular Salah and not as a usual habit.

While I sit for tashahhud should I look at my finger or to the place of prostration? Some told me from the time I say shahada till the tasleem I have to see my finger. Is it true?

It is Sunnah when pointing to look at your finger.

In silent prayer, if imam goes to ruku before I finish surah fatiha, then do I have to cut my recitation of surah fatiha and go to ruku immediately or do I have to finish surah fatiha recitation and then go to ruku?

You must quickly finish it and follow the Imam in Ruku.

In our country ‘asr time starts at 3.18 pm. But our imam starts ‘asr salat jama’ah at 4.45 pm because they follow their hanafi method. What can I do now?

If there is another masjid that prays in time, pray there. If not, you can pray on your own as this is too late.

I’ve missed some Salah after the age of puberty. So can I pray like 2 or 4 Nawafils after each fard Salah or which is the better way to pray Nawafil?

The time you did not pray is gone; you missed it and cannot make-up for it.You can offer nafl prayers, but not to replace the missed salah, just as voluntary acts.

I was in between two prostrations, sitting. I then said rabighfirli twice, but on the second occasion I realised I probably didn’t say it correctly while I was already going down for the second sujood. Whilst I was doing this I corrected myself and not previously whilst I was in the sitting position. Do I have to repeat the salaah?

No, as ‘probably’ is one of the doors of OCD. Saying it once is sufficient.
