The time you did not pray is gone; you missed it and cannot make-up for it.
You can offer nafl prayers, but not to replace the missed salah, just as voluntary acts.

I’ve missed some Salah after the age of puberty. So can I pray like 2 or 4 Nawafils after each fard Salah or which is the better way to pray Nawafil?

I was in between two prostrations, sitting. I then said rabighfirli twice, but on the second occasion I realised I probably didn’t say it correctly while I was already going down for the second sujood. Whilst I was doing this I corrected myself and not previously whilst I was in the sitting position. Do I have to repeat the salaah?
