sheikh if I am reciting surah fatihah and I felt a particular letter I am not reciting correctly and I repeat it again and again till it becomes correct…Does that invalidate prayer?

By repeating the word over and over again means that you have a serious problem in your prayer. This may lead to invalidating your prayers for engaging in an act that takes it out of the norm. Never do this again.

After the salam is said at the end of the fard salah behind the imam, people often shake hands with the ones on their sides. First with the right one the with the left. What is it about?

This is an innovation and is something cultural. It has no basis in Islam and one shouldn’t do it unless that particular individual he has not seen for some time and he wants to greet him because of that and not because of the prayer.

today i got late for thahjud, after finishing two rakas of Tahjud i was reading my vitr as i was on tashahud the azan for fajar started. is my vitr valid?

Yes, in shaa Allah, provided you caught the first rukuh before the athan. If not, it is not valid.

will i get the rewards of conggregational prayer of any fard prayer if I join the jama’a on the last raka’a?

If you got the last Rakah with the imam, this is a valid congregational prayer.

Recently our masjid has been under development and the people on the second floor can’t hear the microphone to join the congregation salah, so a second person leads the prayer upstairs at the same time. Is this permissible? It’s caused some problems with some people due to this.

If he only relays the takbeer of the Imam because he is up front and can hear him, this is permissible. But if he is offering a new prayer where he is the Imam, this is invalid as there is an ongoing congregation and it is the original.

I wanted to know if it is obligatory to say steps like “subhana rabbi al 3ala” in a unequal number or not.

You can say it once but the Sunnah is to say it three times. You can say it in any number you like.

I stay in Germany but always time changes during winter and summer seasons. They add or subtract one hour, it was done by people.Does it affect the time for obligatory prayers, and what should i do should follow the real time created as created by Allah

You should rely on the positioning of the sun. If you are unable to detect this, take a timetable from the masjid as they incorporate in it the time saving.
