Dhikr should be performed after fard prayer of 5 times of daily prayer or after completing fard,Sunnah,nafl prayer?

It should be said after fard prayer.

In Pakistan, following first adaan, the imam starts jummah khutbah in urdu language. He then breaks for 4 rikah sunnah. The imam sits on member, and moazzan then calls second Adaan. The imam stands and deliver khutbah in arabic with a pause in middle (as per sunnah). Then offer 2 fard. Is it OK to reach masjid during urdu sermon well before the arabic (sunnah) khutbah and still get full barakah?

The Urdu sermon or Bayan and the four Rakah is not from the sunnah. You can skip that or read the Quran.

Do I have to say the al istiada or basmala before starting salah?

My daughter is 15 years she is regular in her salah, from two years she doubts about her wudu n feels that she has passed some air. she does not hear any sound or feel any smell but has doubts that her wudu is broken n performs wudu repeately She she can not concentrate on her salah and has not prayed properly since two years please help us by telling that does she have to do wudu repeatedly
