My question is that after finishing jum’ah salah,the imam starts reciting duaa in our mother language.Is it a sin or can I join with him raising hands.

Sheikh, is it true that some sunnahs should only be followed if its common in that place to avoid conflict between people? For example, while saying the tashahud its sunnah to move the finger and make dua with it, but I asked the imaam of my mosque and he said since most people don’t do it I shouldn’t do it too because it might distract the person praying beside me. please explain.

Some people argue with me that worst case scenario, one rather pray earlier then the time prescribed rather then delaying it, for class purposes for example. I argue that even though both are disliked and can result in sin praying earlier then when the salat time is prescribed will make the salat invalid rather then delaying it. Which answer is correct, if any.
