Someone make intention to pay to certain darga, he made niya that if he achieve certain things he’ll donate to such darga, now he is convinced paying darga is not a good thing, but he wants to know is there any expiration? What he should do now ?

I would advise him to pay the same amount in the cause of Allah or to a masjid. He can feed or clothe ten poor people to expiate his oath.

My brother has a few psychological problems.can i promise allah that i will avoid certain food(not fasting) for allah to cure him?.one person suggested that i can do like this.is this beneficial? If yes, what food should i avoid and for how long?

You must not take such an oath.

Few years later i sweared and made a promise to Allah that i won’t eat certain things for the rest of my life if my mother is cured from the illness..She is alright now Alhamdulillah n now m craving for those foods..I was asking whether i can eat those foods again?..What if i pray istikahara?..

You can if you want but you should expiate for the oath that you break by feeding 10 poor people with the average food that you eat or clothe 10 poor people or free a slave. If this is not possible then fast for 3 days.

“…for its expiation (a deliberate oath) feed ten Masaakeen (poor persons), on a scale of the average of that with which you feed your own families…”Quran 5:89 1-If someone has made a promise and they broke it ,then is it okay to give one kilo of uncooked rice to each of the ten poor people 2-do these people have to be zaakat recipients?

This is a vow and one must not make one.

I have broken an oath. And accordingly I have to fast for 3 days. But can I keep the Sunnah fast of dhul hijjah first and then later fast the 3 days for breaking the promise? Or are the 3 fast more important than Sunnah fast?

The expiation is to feed ten poor people or to clothe them. If you are unable to do this financially, you must fast 3 days and you can do them now.

Is it permissible to fast expiation for breaking oath on the first 10 days of dulhijjah…?

After Nepal earthquake I got so scared . I told Allah that rest of my life I will pray 2 rakat nafal salah for my country. Is it permissible or is it bidha? Thanks in advance ..

If such a vow was made, you must fulfill it for the rest of your life until you die. This is a disliked vow that is not recommended.
