As long as you must buy from them in order to enroll with them as a marketing agent, this is pyramid scheme.

I conduct tution classes and one of my student’s dad is a big businessman and also he lends money for interest. Is the class fee he’s paying me is haram or halal?

I live in Mauritius. My boss is muslim, he lets us pray at work all prayers. Our work is to create video graphical for presentation to clients. I am asked to include some music to make video more engaging. nothing like rap or lyrics. only audio. is it halal? how to convince him??

My brother has started working at a software house. What The software house do is it analyses different banks and insurance companies(travel, health, life) and then recommend it to the customer according to their needs. Would the earning be halal?

When a doctor asks patient to get some scan or tests done, that scan center or diagnostic center will give 10% to 20% of the bill amount to doctor after receiving the fee from patient. So my question is- can we accept this amount? Even I Don accept that amount will be used to by the scan center itself. Can I use that referral benefit amount for myself or should I accept and give in sadaqa?

sir is it permissible to take a cut or commission from a laboratory or a hospital for referring a patient from my clinic?medical council in my country doesnt permit this practice.in my case the patient im referring is a one who really needs a investigation or hospital admission.please advise
