shaikh i have question reqarding bowing in martial arts either to a teacher or to the opponent.Is it allowed in islam as mamy muslims are also doing this? the bow which we do in martial arts is not similar to the bow which we do in salah.

Can I travel alone in a plane from India to visit my husband in Turkey and my parents in Maldives if the travel duration is not even a day.They will receive me at the airport.it will be quite expensive and unconvinient for them to accompany me.i do not have a mahram in India where I’m residing.

I went to an man’s office to talk with him and there was a non-hijabi woman in there too. I was talking to the man, but I could see part of her head only from the corner of my eyesight. Is this haram? If so, please advise how to look at the man and talk and not see the woman at the same time. Because our eyes cannot ignore a woman if she is within the eyesight.
