Hajj and Umrah

I am not very practising but I booked my hajj this year I am trying my best to take my mum she’s ill and has mental health problems have managed to make her booking was very hard but I am sure she will go hajj. I am getting very less family support and some sibling telling me go next year I have made my mind up I will go and mum. Isn’t hajj meant to be blessing why is it so hard for me.

Life is a test! If it was easy, where would the testing be? Winning paradise has a high price. Be patient and tolerant and ignore what others say as long as things are facilitated and planned well.

If a calamity befalls you such as loss of job etc is it allowed to perform an umrah or Tawaf for that particular matter.. Is there such a thing..

There is no such thing related to it. Umrah is a great form of worship. If a person does it as a form of worship to cleanse himself from sins and then prays to Allah in front of the kaabah and makes Duaa, this is in sha Allah permissible.

I performed Hajj 2012. My father and mother are passed away without performance Hajj. I want to go Hajj this year 2017 In Sha’a Allah behalf of my father, and mother. Can I perform Hajj for both in this year or I need to do for one at a time. If I do it for one who will be first priority?

Hajj can only be performed on behalf of one person at a time. Begin with your mother.

We are leaving for Haj 20 days before dulhijja whether we have to say the niyah for Haj during our departure or on eighth day of dulhijja.

You must have the intention and wear the Ihram the moment you pass over the meeqat.

I am an Indian and I have a valid residence permit of KSA since I was born. About 2 months back, I came to Australia for my further studies. I will be traveling to KSA for a week. I want to perform umrah in that time. Can I put ihram from jeddah for umrah?

The Sunnah is to make only one Umrah per journey. If one insists on making a second Umrah, he may assume his Ihram from Majid Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her.
