My father who has passed away was not a muslim. Can I read koran on his behalf and pray for Allah to forgive him and can I give zakat in his name. Will Allah accept it? Pls advise.

The Sunnah is to raise the hands with the 4 takbeerah. Sheikh Al Albani believes otherwise

Is it allowed for the son/daugther of the deceased to pay someone else to take care of the funeral of his non-muslim parent? But the thing is when they make the funeral they use the money to pay for the alcohol and pork meat, or they pay the priest. What should the person do in this case?

One shouldn’t do such a thing as it is not a place for answering your Du’ah and it is also misleading as others would look at you and think that you are doing this because you believe that it is greater for answering your Du’ah and would probably do the same.

One of my cousins just past away and his family is unable to pay for a burial so cremation seems to be the only solution. So is it allowed in Islam ?

Are the women of the family allowed to touch the deceased male member in the family before being taken for the burial? the women may be young or old, does it matter or she must not touch the body at all?

If the women touching him and kissing him are his marhram, this is permissible regardless of the age. And Allah knows best

This is not the right way of doing it. The whole gold should be priced first and then those wanting to take a piece must pay for it.

Is there any advantage get to person, if interment took place at Jannat al Baqi (graveyard in Makkah)? Is Baqi means graveyard?

The question is not clear. There isn’t anything as jannatul baqi. There is Al Baq’ee and this is the graveyard in Madinah and not in Makkah. It is not Jannah.
