In wudu, when we wipe from front hairline to back hairline, do we have to repeat it from back hairline to the front hairline, like going from front to back and then from back to front?

At times water in the sump gets stirred with the mud lying at the bottom of the tank due to the pressure of incomimg water when we start the motor. When this water comes through taps it looks brown.At the start its too brown then just looks unclear and then clears conpletely after long time. For a woman, she should wipe from the roots of her hair on the forehead until the nape of your head. One time is sufficient but sunnah is to do it back and forth.
