shaikh there are certain things that nullify wudu like sleep,passing of wind,etc.so are there things that nullify tayamum.if there are,please shaikh mention them.

ANSWER: The same things that nullify the wudu, nullifies the tayammum in addition to finding water.

Sheikh being a student I always have to work with pens and many times the pen marks are not gone from nails& skin. What should be done and is the wudu counted in this case.

It is an issue of dispute whether it nullifies wudhu or not and I believe that is doesn’t.

Is it permissible for a person to Itch his body putting hands in his pocket (not skin to skin though as it breaks the wa’dhu ) in gathering with his friends.My friends say That it is not good etiquettes to do so.

Our skin and face naturally secretes oil over itself. Do we need to wipe out the oil before wudu? Or we make wudu with it on us?

Yes, you need to make a separate wudhu.

Someone told me that presence of small hairs that were cut from beard and then got into the oily sticky skin of head by comb etc, prevent wudu and ghusl if not removed. He said that since it is impermissible to cut the beard, therefore, those hairs of beard becoming an obstacle to water will not be excused. Please clarify this matter.

This is baseless.

Sometimes we face situation like that the salah (prayer) has started in mosque and say it is the last rakah, a person has just arrived at that time in mosque without ablution. If he goes for ablution, he can miss the jamat. Now my question is, should he attend salah without ablution? or should he need to do ablution first?
