I tried to give dawah to a non-muslim I know. He later began to mock/insult Allah, Islam and me personally. Is it permissible to ask Allah to make this person’s life miserable as long as he is not muslim?

ANSWER: What counts is his religious practice and moral conduct. If he has both and is earning well, it doesn’t matter how illiterate he is. If he is unable to provide for you a separate accommodation, this is a good reason to reject him.

If a person dies having haram videos (music, no modest clothing, etc..) on internet, and after his/her death those videos are still there, will that person be still getting sins if their videos are still being watched by people? Will they be accountable on the day of judgment for it?

ANSWER: No problem in buying halal products from them. If you boycott it to show your resentment and not to support them financially, that would be rewarded for such an intention in Sha Allah but there is no sin in buying it.
