Is it allowed to have quranic or hadees apps on mobile phones which may contain other non islamic stuff and people take these mobile phones to toilets/washrooms with them.

Yes, it is permissible. However, you should get rid of what is sinful.

My husband bought a plot in instalments. Down payment 5lac then 2lac after every 3month for 3 years.then he will get possession of the plot.when n how will be zakat implementation start on it?

If your husband doesn’t intend to sell this land to make profit out of it then there is no zakat on it.

Sheik, pls answer my question. My husband and my sister are getting closer, like whenever we gather in the dining room they are the last one to set their talking alot of things.
