What is the ruling on someone who rejects the Hadith about 73 sects saying that Allah has asked us not to divide into sects Quoting Quran Ch42 -Vs14 and says we should avoid dividing into sects and that Quran should be given preference over Hadith in this regard as 73 sects will not happen and we should avoid getting divide into sects.

I had argumnt with my Mother and in end, She replied to Ask Aalim.So I have none other better than you shk to ask. Question is : Is it necessary for My Mom to Always Wear Head scarf at home(With her brother,son etc.)? I said No, but she is not accepting my Claim. PLease help me Sheikh.

We enter a Masjid & there’s Adhan going on, do we have to wait for Adhan to finish before we can start praying Tahiyyatul Masjid or we can straight away start praying during on going Adhan? What if it is a Jummah Khutba and imam is about to start sermon?

sheikh my parents has found a guy for me, and I want to know him before nikkah. How can I meet him in halal manner? For instance if I want to know whether he smokes or drinks or something personal, I can ask him privately. I’ll obviously will go with my parents because I don’t have guts to meet any guy. Whether she is married or single, you have committed one of the most major sins is Islam. A fornicator is not a believer and the punishment prepared for him is beyond our imagination.

Now I am living in a rented house,I pay monthly rent to the owner.From next month onwards I and owner agreed that I pay him a sum of money (INR 10 lakh Rupees)&I can live in that house without monthly rent for 36 months.When our contract ends he will return me the money (full amount). So at the end there is no loss of single penny from my pocket.there is no interest involved.Is such a deal halal ?

This is totally prohibited. There’s interest involved in you using his house for free in return to the loan you had given him. This is clear riba.

Is it permissible to do a business of exporting ladies jeans pants to malaysia from Bangladesh ? ( I am asking this as I saw Malaysians girls do not wear Abaya. Only wear jeans and tops and a head scarf)
