If her father and relatives are not Muslim, you can marry her through the Muslim court or the authorized Islamic center.

Sheikh, If my relatives are into movies and music stuff and thinks or works only for duniya and money should I stop visiting them? After visiting them me be like okkky they are far far away from islam. what should I do?

You should not cut ties with your relatives, however you must give them da’wah every now and then. If you feel they’re a bad influence on you then you should not visit them often but you should keep in touch over the phone at least.

If the only local masjid available to a person is one in which certain innovations are practiced, is one sinful for not pointing them out if he fears that his advice will not be heeded and it will lead to arguments and conflict?

Myself and husband lives in different countries.I am working and my husband believes that he neednt spend oon me b’cos i am earning enough.Instead he sends everything tohis parents.If i ask for some help in case of some emergency need for money he gives.But is it necessary for me to ask?or should i live with my own money?

It’s the responsibility of your husband to provide for you. You have all the right to ask him and he should provide for everything that you need, which is within his capacity of course.

This is totally unacceptable. You should keep your doors locked and tell your husband he should warn his brothers from entering the house when he’s not present and also without his permission. Your husband can’t be a real man if he accepts this situation and you must not leave the room without your full hijab!

Someone make intention to pay to certain darga, he made niya that if he achieve certain things he’ll donate to such darga, now he is convinced paying darga is not a good thing, but he wants to know is there any expiration? What he should do now ?

I would advise him to pay the same amount in the cause of Allah or to a masjid. He can feed or clothe ten poor people to expiate his oath.

A friend of mine has invested on my business. I give him profit percentage on cost of sales. So every month he recieves a profit even though I make a loss in the business. The profit amount chnages but no loss incurred. I make a gross profit but after expences I make loss on certain months but he still gets a profit .is t allowed?

Riba

This is riba! The percentage should be on the profit and not on the sales.
