if at night I apply oil on my feet & arms because of cold weather, do I have to wash it with soap before fajr to make sure the wudhu water reaches my skin? & likewise if I apply during day time. or is it ok to do wudhu directly on that oily skin?

ANSWER: No need for soap. It would be sufficient just to rub it with Water.

sheikh here are some people who keep the intention that if this work of mine is done by ALLAH I will give this much amount of charity and give only if that thing happens otherwise not even if they are suggested to do so they simply say my work for which I have to give it was not accomplished.
