I am little confused , is rolling pants a sin(just like one fold) to ensure that they are above ankles as almost all of my garments are above ankle , I am not talking about only in salah , I am talking about every time, would rolling it up prevents me from the sin?or should I look forward cutting it

ANSWER: No this is not sinful as you are obliged to keep them over the ankles whether by folding or cutting them.

ya sheikh, can a person who intend to travel pray both zuhr and Asr prayers during the time for zuhr?

sheikh I don’t get it, if your sins from the past happened long time ago and you forgot about it and became closer to Allah swt and your repenting for you current shortcomings, isnt it better to forget about the past and move on and continue worshipping instead of dwelling on it because you have gotten closer to Allah swt now anyway?

someone known has done their nikkah without the permission of their perants but within the presence of younger brother as witness.Now the mother came to know about the nikkah and she is insisting her of taking divorce as her father isn’t agree with the proposal but he is also unaware of their nikkah.Isn’t it bad deed takingdivorce without tellingfather?

ANSWER: This nikah is not valid to begin with as it was without the consent of girls’s wali who is her father. If they are living together, they are living in fornication and adultery.

when i have to go outside for a class before the azaan for the prayer and there is no way i can make it up before the other prayer( bcoz the gap between asr and maghrib is not vry long, i happen to miss it smetimes), what am i supposed to do, is it sinful that i cme home and pray, given that i make an effort to make it on time but fail smethimes…???

I live in a 26 storey apartment building. Sometimes, it is inevitable for me to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman in the lift. Is this considered khulwah? It is difficult for me to avoid being in the same elevator with others, especially during peak periods in the mornings and evenings. Should I wait for an empty lift? Am I obliged to leave the elevator if a non-mahram woman enters?
